- 2 large SWEET POTATOES (boiled until fork tender & mashed up)
- 1 stick BUTTER
- 1 & 1/2 cups SUGAR
- 2 Tbs FLOUR
- 2 EGGS
- 1 (5 oz.) can EVAPORATED MILK
- 1/2 tsp CINNAMON
- 1/2 tsp NUTMEG
- 1 & 1/2 tsp VANILLA EXTRACT
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mash the butter into the warm mashed sweet potatoes with a pastry cutter. Next, mix in all other ingredients.
